No Returns or Exchanges All purchases are considered final at the time of sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, duplicate purchases, or dissatisfaction with a product.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at funstopb2b@gmail.com or call (475) 210-1266. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

In-Store Purchases All in-store purchases are final sale. No exceptions.
